Exploring the effects of microdosing on dreams.
Why reaching out to the bereaved several months later Is beneficial.

For those who found solace in it, here is a transcript of the heartfelt words from my friend, penned shortly after the passing of her father:
Loss doesn’t just stop.
There is no cure, there is no single answer or action that can bring you back to heaven or to seeing the earth as a playground. I’ve never wanted the simplicity of a bliss that washes over you without reason so badly.
There are moments when you think for a second or a day “this feels like happiness” and you convince yourself in the sidelines of your existence that you’ve ‘beat it’. “I’m cure, who knew all I needed was some sunshine and a hug” and as you drive down the PCH not understanding how you could possibly live with any other feeling than gratitude - the page flips and the road is a blur because for two seconds you thought “I wish I could tell my dad about this” and somehow it’s raining inside your car. When in reality he probably wouldn’t have picked up the phone if he was here.
But you keep going - feeling like you’re floating free-bodied on the surface of a foggy sea. Hoping for a glimpse of sun and humming into the gap between you and space asking for anything beautiful to happen.
The moral of the story is that, when hope seems to be fleeting, there are two things that matter: art and kindness.
Create as much passion in your own life and the lives around you as you can - because if I’m feeling this way, I can’t imagine what’s happening to the people existing around me.
Be well.

Alcohol is socially "accepted" also as it brings a lot of revenue to the governments, although many don´t see nor agree on this point, nevertheless is causing more direct and indirect damage that many drugs combined. Keep also in mind that they use the "nickname" drug for denigrating even some sacred plant medicine, while the real drugs are the ones with chemicals, found in the drugstore (fanny name )thus creating another huge revenue for the governments. Thanks again for another nice work Andrew, well done!
Had to watch this through twice. Will probably come back for thirds. Brilliant
